At Sun* Inc. (the “Company”), we do our best to protect our clients and business partners from illegal acts of violation against information privacy by taking necessary and appropriate measures. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the information that we gather on or through the Site; how we use, manage and disclose such information; and what we do to protect such information. By visiting the Site, or by using the Service, you accept the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy. You are advised to contact us and/or not to use the Service if you do not agree with any of the terms in this document.

The Company commits to comply with the applicable law and regulations under Vietnamese jurisdiction (the “Laws”) and this Privacy Policy in the collection, use, management, disclosure and protection of personal information over this Site.

The Company shall not provide and/or disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except where such disclosure is permitted by the Laws or requested by a competent authority. Third party, in this document, refers to any individual and/or organization other than the legitimate owner of personal information and the Company. This third party restriction, however, shall not include the disclosure of personal information under the following cases:
- When all or part of the use of personal information is taken over by the Company’s outsourcing partner in order to achieve the prescribed Purpose of Use; and

The Company shall impose necessary and appropriate supervision on its employees, outsourcing partners and other business partners and shall apply pertinent technical and professional measures as needed so that your personal information can be safely managed and protected against potential risks such as loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of information.

Article 8 (Correction, Deletion and Disclosure of Personal Information)

Any legitimate owner of the personal information shall preserve the right to contact and request the Company to correct, delete or disclose his/her own personal information, as long as such request is made in accordance with the Laws and in conformity with this Privacy Policy and the prescribed Purpose of Use. The Company has no obligation to correct, delete or disclose personal information based on illicit request or if it is allowed by the Laws to do so.

In addition, we recommend our user to actively inform us of any unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, and other violations that occur with respect to your personal information so that we shall be able to promptly investigate and deal with the situation.
